The role sits in the Prime Video Marketing team in Europe. The team is responsible for Prime Video Brand Marketing, the launch of all Original TVs, Movies and Premium Sport Properties as well as managing the Prime Video Store, social media handles and performance channels. The role supports 3 Marketing Directors in PV Europe with a team of 200 Marketers in 9 European locations.

Key job responsibilities

The role is expected to manage busy diaries, travel arrangements and team events as well as participate in team wellbeing by supporting our awards & rewards mechanisms.

A day in the life

A day in the life of the Marketing Executive assistant will include managing outbound & inbound requests for the directors' diaries, attending a directs meeting to understand the business, organizing and supervising an offsite event for the team, attending a screening or simply spending time with team members over a cup of tea to get to know them and their role.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Experience with executive level calendar management

  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
