The European CTV market will continue to grow rapidly over the next 5-10 years, and Samsung Ads will be at the forefront of this, driving the market through innovative advertising solutions, as well as supporting brands and agencies to understand how they can maximise value from their marketing spend. This role will be key to supporting our growth through advocating the power of data to deliver better outcomes for brands and agencies, and translating this into actionable next steps.

Role and Responsibilities
Partner with Sales in engaging our top clients and agencies to understand their needs, and advocate for how Samsung’s data can help them reach their audiences more effectively and efficiently
Manage a team of Data Solutions analysts focused on pre-sales data analysis and narratives, advising internal and external stakeholders on how best to leverage value from our data, and post campaign reporting and storytelling support
Work in collaboration with the Strategic Marketing team to generate market leading thought leadership to highlight key benefits of Samsung Ads, and advocating the present and future value of CTV advertising for clients and agencies
Be a trusted adviser, both internally and to clients, about how data can be used on our platforms, and how they can gain the most value from our data.
Simplify the deep complexity of Samsung’s data into simple narratives, that convey the potential benefit and impact to clients and their agencies
Be a strategic partner to commercial teams during the entire sales life cycle, providing insights for prospecting, and personalised insights for pitching — including written insights, verbal presentations, and the development of key deliverables
Identify client needs and develop solutions based on Samsung data, client data, and third party data
Prioritise new capabilities and individual features, for trial, automation and development
Inform revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling value-add analytical products to existing clients.
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrable experience in agency or consulting experience strongly preferred
demonstrated ability in data analytics
Experience of practical application of SQL
Working knowledge of a visualisation tool – Tableau, Looker, or equivalent data visualisation tool
Linear TV, streaming TV, digital video, mobile measurement
Solid experience building data solution to match client business needs
Campaign Reach/Frequency reporting
Digital / addressable targeting
What does success look like?
A love for data and insights, for example exploring data for fun, find patterns, a weaving the insights you find into compelling narratives. You are curious and take initiative on finding new insights, new angles are looking at the data and deep dive into the meanings of campaign insights results. Develop the reporting capacities for all types of campaigns, particularly to develop the capacities of programmatic campaign insights reporting.
Have a passion to test and learn in a fast-paced environment, your curiosity is outstanding. You love communicating your new findings to the Analytics & Insights team, as well as to ESBO stakeholders.
Help build a data-informed culture – provide decision-makers with the information they need when they need it and in a way they can trust and act on.
Be an awesome Lead and mentor, taking your junior team members to new heights of insights analysis. Inspire them to learn new methods and new ways at looking at the data.
