Job Description
We have a newly created opportunity for you to lead the global brand performance agenda, whilst partnering with the LEGO brand team where you will get to define and implement a brand measurement roadmap!
Core Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new methodologies for brand tracking that supports the measurement roadmap.
Take ownership of the creation and delivery of brand performance insights to global, regional, and market collaborators.
In a collaboration with the brand team, build testable hypotheses around brand activation and work with relevant team members to test, track and loop back insights to the business.
Consultant on Brand KPIs and have ownership of performance measurements.
Work closely with our internal data science team and external agencies to lead brand-centric analytical modelling projects e.g. attribution modelling
Interpret data, build swift actionable recommendations, workshop solutions with teams, track recommendation implementation, then establish findings and share.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience· of working in an insight-led role for a major consumer brand
Experience of building marketing measurement frameworks and attaining buy-in from multiple collaborators
Natural curiosity, always looking to understand why something has happened and looking for the 'so what?'
Ability to navigate, engage and inspire across a matrix organisation as the key voice on brand performance
Track record of creating insights from multiple data sources which have delivered against business performance
