We are currently recruiting for an Associate to join our Client Care team, based at our London office in St Paul's. The Associate will play a high profile and integral role within Client Care (the “Team”), providing product management and client service for our value add series of global indirect real estate funds, and for our indirect real estate separate accounts.
All investor communications are channeled through Client Care which strives to provide a centre of excellence and first port of call for investors. Client Care members are responsible for servicing clients across a fund/group of funds/separate accounts, working alongside the finance and portfolio teams in executing strategy, delivering on promises to investors, and supporting fund growth. Client Care operates as part of a hub within which all information is centralised and shared to ensure best practice and to promote consistency across funds. The Candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of investor requests, reporting, materials and communications throughout the investor life cycle.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Client Care activities for a defined fund/group of funds/separate accounts
Point of contact within Client Care for allocated business lines
Key contact for day to day investor queries
Production of RFPs, particularly separate account RFPs (managing the process, production of overall document, writing specific responses and quality control of final product)
Creation of bespoke pitch documents in PowerPoint from scratch
Distribution of investor welcome packs, standard reporting, formal communications
Organization of quarterly webcasts, annual meetings and advisory boards
Assist with the production and coordination of all product communications, working closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Fund teams to deliver marketing materials, RFPs, standard & bespoke reporting, questionnaires, presentations, and ad hoc communications
Contribute to proposed marketing activity: presentations, due diligence days, roadshows, and investor meetings
Facilitate client onboarding by acting as a central liaison supporting the client, fund teams, Client Solutions and other stakeholders where needed, ensuring a timely and efficient process
Responsible for document, data and systems management: implement a centralised workflow to Investors, Fund Managers and Client Solutions , ensuring quality and integrity of data
Streamline processes for document management and data integrity
Salesforce CRM platform management: dashboards, content, tracking, closings & pipeline, and contact. Ensure Client Solutions and Fund expectations are aligned
Person Specification:
Excellent organisation and time management skills - ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Strong project management skills
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
Strong analytical skills when working with client financial information
Experience working with CRM systems
Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Good interpersonal skills and confident in speaking to senior stakeholders
Confident and assertive where required
Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
Working knowledge of and experience in the real estate industry is desired
Skills Required:
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous, but not essential
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate understanding of legal documentation and KYC procedures
Ideally 5+/- years working in professional services, real estate or finance would be highly advantageous
Strong background in writing and project managing RFPs and pitches, creating from scratch
Experience working within a Client Care/Business Development function in a professional services firm would be advantageous
