What you’ll do

  • Smile and create a warm and positive atmosphere while on duty.

  • Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all customers when needed/liaise with Front Office.

  • Manages all period-end inventories.

  • Helps direct supervisors to achieve their own development goals.

  • Directs, monitors and assist all overnight staff.

  • Audit and verify all deposits for amount and proper procedural processing. Prepare a daily discrepancy report including cash discrepancies as well as procedure violations.
