The PRODUCT MANAGER ONCOLOGY will be responsible for all the marketing initiatives. They will report directly to the Business Unit Lead Oncology.

The candidate will be in charge of:

  • Contributing to the overall development of a local brand strategy and defining the Marketing Plan;

  • Actively participating to CVT (Country Value Team) by bringing valuable contribution in order to maximize the business opportunity, anticipate local barriers, and mitigate threats;

  • Leveraging the patient journey to identify value pools and to bring differentiating solutions;

  • Identifying “place in therapy” in which the brand should add Value;

  • Developing promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies;

  • Shaping and contributing to the EMEA marketing functional network activities and squads;

  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities and threats;

  • Developing marketing strategies using traditional and omnichannel communication tools;

  • Identifying motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding of external environment and competitive dynamics;

  • Engaging with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels;

  • Interacting with Field Force and external stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions;

  • Developing and managing relationship with key opinion leaders;

  • Contributing to the development of product business plans and to their flawless execution in time, quality, and budget

  • Ensuring the usage of CRM system to communicate with clients and to promote our product.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Pharmacy/Biology or other Life Science or Economics or equivalent;

  • Post graduate Master or Specialization is preferred;

  • Significant experience (2-4 years) in pharmaceutical marketing is mandatory;

  • Previous experience within the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred;

  • Fluency in English and Italian is required
