Site Industrial Engineer responsible for new equipment and process development. Will manage projects from concept to deployment in manufacturing and provide technical expertise to support manufacturing including creation of SOP’s and other documentation that is required.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Maintain up-to-date status on project schedules, budget, and PO status

  • Coordinate design activities with inputs from internal stakeholders to develop user requirements specifications for new processes \ equipment.

  • Review and recommend equipment expenditures generating CAPEX requests

  • Create documentation for new process \ equipment introduction such as user requirement specifications, SOP’s, work instructions, and maintenance procedures

  • Resolve technical issues in manufacturing

  • Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to enable manufacturability with minimal waste

    KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum three years of experience in Industrialization

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment

  • Good manufacturing practices

  • Knowledge of risk analysis and statistical methods
