Primary Duties

  • Uses knowledge of technique and method such as automation (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Data Historian), engineering and project management

  • For the assigned activities, coordinates and prioritizes sub-activities, leading and managing them to ensure targeted effectiveness is obtains within specified time and budgetary guidelines in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Defines, measures and analyzes data in order to set the appropriate technical specifications as well as key performance metrics.

  • Provides support as a subject matter expert to maintain automation systems in a compliant and fit for intended use state.

  • Conducts failure investigation and implement solutions (corrective and preventive actions) that solve automation problems, follow up on corrective and preventive actions to determine their effectiveness and suitability, and prepare written reports on these activities

  • Develops applications for and maintains the site manufacturing execution system

Qualifications Experience

  • Vocational \ Technical certificate or Associate’s Degree

  • 1+ year of experience with programming PLCs and HMIs, and administering computer systems and infrastructure is required

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment

  • Knowledge of Good manufacturing practices
