Employer is seeking a custodian. Must have High school diploma or equivalent. This position requires the employee to be trained in CPI yearly. This position is essential in order to maintain and do repair work and construction in and around the center and the ability to exercise sound judgement and decision making pertaining to his/her job. This position requires good problem-solving and analytical skills, decision making ability, good listening and verbal communication skills, and physical stamina. Excellent trouble shooting skills and time management skills. Duties include but not limited to keeping an inventory of cleaning supplies, daily checks, Vacuum carpet, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, clean bathrooms, and clean windows and glass doors, etc. This is a full time position and will require travel between sites for work as needed, primarily in Logan and Mingo Counties in WV.
