In our 8 weeks of paid training courses, Convergys will help you gain extensive computer knowledge, tech support abilities, develop customer service and communication skills while you take incoming calls for Comcast business clients. During each call, you will also gain valuable working knowledge and experience with business-to-business sales as you offer each customer additional products and upgrades. We offer consistent daytime hours with your choice of 25-40 hours per week. Our business needs require a workweek of Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are off days. We provide work each new work schedule at least 10days in advance in order to aid all employees in their personal planning! Compensation begins on day one of training. For approximately the first eight weeks of employment, our new employees will be compensated to learn their job. After the successful completion of the training period, our employees are able to augment their hourly wages from the commissions on the sales that they make. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working over 30 hours per week.
