Job Description The Sr. Project Manager leads the planning, development and implementation of new and more complex projects by coordinating resource requirements, establishing deliverables and timelines, and creating a project management plan that ensures customer expectations are met. They would regularly lead large scale, multi-facility projects, and highly visible projects. They are involved in defining statements of work, training new project managers, and serve as an escalation point for project managers and clients. They also assist the team supervisor with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities: * Helps Coordinate and direct the project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of new and ongoing projects by helping prioritize projects for VAS Teams; establishing timelines and cost estimates for projects; and maintaining and reporting project management performance criteria and documentation to ensure the project planning is organized to meet deadlines and customer expectations. * Suggests more effective ways to produce projects by providing technical and market information to Sales and Account Managers; preparing recommendations for new products or equipment capabilities; becoming an extension of the client's operations organization; and providing write-ups on key operation capabilities or needs to promote new product development and to assist sales and client in understanding the operation. * Participates in customer service, ISO, and quality initiatives by expediting the handling of customer service requests and developing and maintaining measurements to assure there is an understanding of and commitment to customer expectations. * Serve as escalation point for VAS (Value Added Service) teams, production, clients, and sales as the need arises. Helps resolve conflicts, root cause analysis and preventative measures in order to maintain good working relationships. * May include other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience in a client-focused project management environment (minimum of three years). * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent problem resolution and customer service skills. * Good PC skills. * Planning and organizational skills in Project Management, budgeting and financial reports. Additional Information The national pay range for this role is $62,800 - $111,400 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
