Emerson Outside Sales Engineer in Lodz Province, Poland

In this position the Job Holder is responsible for all sales activities of designated Accounts/Region to achieve the agreed Sales, Bookings, Gross Profit and strategic targets for the agreed product lines (Flow Controls) and services in the designated sales territory.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Responsible for the achievement of Project & KOB3 Bookings targets for the appropriate product lines in Flow Controls (“BG – Business Group”) within sales territory / accounts in Poland.

  • Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and implement the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability.

  • Cooperate with respective Inside Sales Teams and lead the RFQ documentation reviewing and quoting processes within product responsibility and support Emerson sales organization with valuable input for X-BU projects.

  • Report regularly to Final Control BG Management on market trends, competition strategies and customer behavior which may affect the Emerson business strategies.

  • Cooperate closely with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and enhance the customer’s overall satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Engineering degree or comparable technical education

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Inside or Outside Sales especially with regard to the valve business.

  • Strong personality with excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in Polish and English

  • Willingness to travel within the Region and international

  • Driving licence

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Interest and experience in the field of automation hardware and software, I&C and processes - supported by the theme of the diploma thesis, internships, etc. would be a plus

  • Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
