About the role:

Barry Callebaut Digital is on a mission to lead the digital transformation in the chocolate industry, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Accounts Payable to help us achieve operational excellence in our finance processes. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technological solutions, and leading projects focused on Accounts Payable. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency, standardization, and process improvements while providing support in the implementation of solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Independently manage Accounts Payable business processes and application solutions,

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technological frameworks and workflows,

  • Design and implement IT solutions, with a focus on SAP VIM and SAP Concur,

  • Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve issues related to Accounts Payable,

  • Identify and recommend process and system enhancements, adhering to best practices,

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, governance requirements, and system gaps,

  • Design business process documentation, test plans, and user acceptance tests,

  • Oversee the design, execution, and refinement of testing processes,

  • Prepare configuration settings and scripts for system deployment,

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics,

  • Occasionally supervise junior business analysts and work with global competence centers,

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in Accounts Payable, Vendor Invoice Management, and Travel & Expense Management.

    About you :

  • Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field,

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP FI, SAP VIM, and SAP Concur with a focus on Accounts Payable,

  • Strong background in finance, ideally in the manufacturing or consumer goods industries (food & beverages is a plus),

  • Expertise in finance technologies (e.g., ERP, cashflow management systems),

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written),

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player with a positive attitude,

  • Experience with business transformation projects is an advantage,

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%,

  • Passion for digital technology and innovation, continuously seeking creative solutions to enhance processes and decision-making.
