About the role:

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) lead will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all product changes within the organization. This includes ensuring that product updates are compliant with new regulations, managing the delisting of SKUs, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to seamlessly execute changes while minimizing disruption to operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for implementing product changes across the organization.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, regulatory affairs, marketing, sales, digital, supply chain, operations, and pricing to ensure full process alignment and successful implementation of product changes.

  • Lead the delisting process based on the coordination of tasks based on defined procedures for discontinued products.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to manage contract updates and inventory for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

  • Communicate changes internally and externally.

  • Monitor the implementation of product changes based on automated reporting, track performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for executing product changes and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in implementing product changes.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to product compliance.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively identify opportunities for product improvement.

  • Experience managing a team of professionals and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
