Philips Digital Communications Specialist in Lodz, Poland

Join Philips as a Digital Communication Specialist and contribute to enhancing our company's brand reputation as a health technology leader. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team member who will execute initiatives to improve our digital presence. You will be focusing on the Philips website and activation via Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Advertisement (SEA). Your stakeholders are around the world, which makes this an interesting and dynamic job opportunity.

Your role

  • Providing day-to-day support to owners of the “About us” sections, including Investor Relations, Innovation andBrand,

  • Optimization of the “About us” sections and News & Insights on the Philips website by ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to content lifecycle management guidelines,

  • Coordinate and manage Search Engine Advertisement (SEA) campaigns,

  • Support in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities to improve the visibility of our website in search results,

  • Set up and send out newsletters in an email marketing tool to engage our audiences and promote our latest news and insights,

  • Use data analytics to gain insights into how our content and campaigns are performing,

  • Work directly with the web operations team for processing content updates on the Philips website and publish yourself webpages in the content management system when needed,

  • Working collaboratively within an agile/scrum methodology in a hybrid working environment.

Your team

You will report to the Head of Digital Communications. This team has three focus areas, internal channels, corporate Philips website and social media. The Digital & Social Media team is part of the Communications Center of Excellence who oversee global Philips strategic communications planning and programs, content strategy and creation, digital and social media communications and related measurement. It is part of Philips’ Communications and Brand function.

You will work closely together with the Senior Communications Channel Manager and the rest of the Digital & Social Media team to deliver high quality communication solutions that support our business goals.

You are right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor or master degree in digital marketing or communications or related field (e.g. international business),

  • You have 1-2 years experience (supporting) managing digital content and supporting external channel management,

  • You have fluent English language level and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely,

  • You have experience with and understanding of Search Engine Advertisement and Search Engine Optimization,

  • You are familiar with email marketing tools,content management systems and ideally worked with them before,

  • You have analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from analytics data,

  • You are comfortable working in an agile/scrum and hybrid working environment.
