Production Associate

$17.80 an hour
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Must be able to work in a food manufacturing setting performing production.
Wear the appropriate PPE (hardhat, smock, ear plugs, non-slip shoes)
Able to rotate at different production workstations.
Production
Palletizes finished cases per specifications.
Ensures that each case is properly labeled.
Ensures that each case is properly packaged and sealed.
Pushes and pulls large amounts of weight with the use of an electric pallet jack or hand pallet jack.
Mixing
Operates processing equipment.
Portions and scales ingredients and verify process control point and product quality.
Operates mixing equipment according to established SOPs.
May make adjustments to ensure quality and correct and consistent weights.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
One year of experience in a food manufacturing/industrial environment
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
Able to work around bakery ingredients as part of the daily activities.
Able to work in both a hot and cold environment.
Works in high noise areas and use mandatory hearing protection.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Schedule
Monday – Friday 7 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed
