Your Role

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your shift will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 pm - 3:30 am, plus overtime as needed. You will be paid weekly at a rate of $23.00 per hour plus a weekend shift differential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive a culture ofbelonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included

  • Make recommendations on processes to set up goals and improve operations  

  • Operate material handling equipment 

  • Direct the activities of warehouse associates 

  • Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment 

  • Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property 

  • Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped 

  • Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations   

  • Be available to work overtime and weekends  

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role 

  • Forklift operating experience 

  • Basic technical and math skills
