The Landscape foreman is responsible for leading a team and completing landscape jobs in an efficient manner, while promoting job worksite safety and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in landscaping field

  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record to drive company vehicles

  • Experience running crews

  • Dependable with strong work ethic

  • Knowledge of industry standards and equipment

  • Attention to details and problem solving

  • Excellent communication skills

Duties

  • Using hand tools and operating power tools and power equipment to complete landscape jobs-plantings, trimming/maintenance and hardscapes.
  • Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction as needed
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure adherence to standards
