AssistRx Marketing Lead, Content Development Specialist in Lockhart, Florida

Under the direction of the manager of marketing communications, this role will serve as the lead writer and content creator on the marketing team with the goal of developing marketing tactics that create brand awareness and generate qualified leads for marketing, business development and sales.

  • Assist in the development of solution marketing materials that include collateral, news releases and presentations—specifically in creation of copy that reflects the company's offerings in a clear, compelling and consistent way

  • Support the content marketing plan that engages manufacturer and healthcare provider stakeholders and showcases the company's expertise and value through practical insights (e.g. white papers, case studies, webcasts, podcasts, videos, etc.)

  • Manage website content and create new pages, content and lead gen forms as needed to promote the brand

  • Manage the creation of client-specific communications that includes collateral and demos associated with AssistRx products

  • Support the tactical execution, evaluation and optimization of marketing communication programs to achieve department goals

  • Support internal communications initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing (healthcare, pharma and/or B2B services experience preferred)

  • Ability to work well in a lean organization, where associates are required to develop and demonstrate expertise in many facets of marketing

  • Self-starter mentality, with a track record of completing projects on time and within budget

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in writing for web and print—with a working knowledge of Associated Press style

  • Foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with content development and management and digital best practices

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, Google Analytics, SharePoint, Hootsuite/Sprout or other social management platform, and Survey Monkey or other survey platform a plus

  • Experience working with or at marketing or creative agency a plus
