Roto-Rooter Plumbing Trainee in Livonia, Michigan

Roto Rooter has an exciting entry level position open to applicants that are interested in a career in the Plumbing trade. As a Roto-Rooter Plumbing Trainee, you will embark on a rewarding journey to become a skilled plumbing technician. This position offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience, setting you on a path to a successful career in the plumbing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with basic hand tools.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and off ladders.
  • Must be on time and be able to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week.
  • Willing to work in a safety compliant environment that requires PPE.
  • Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.
  • May work on an active excavation site that can have temperature extremes.
  • Comfortable working around heavy construction equipment.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pre-Employment Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug screen, acceptable background check results including criminal history.

Education and or Experience: High School diploma or equivalency is required

*Language Skills: *Must possess strong written and oral communication.

Mathematical Skills: Solid Basic math skills are necessary.

*Reasoning Ability: *Problem solve and answer questions for customers.
