Sodexo's Campus segment has a perfect opportunity if you're an innovative food service manager and are seeking the next step in your career. As a General Manager 3 you'll have the opportunity to step into a strong residential account with great client relationships and very good work/life balance. Current revenue volume is $1.5MIL and growing. Madonna University is a small, private residential college located in Livonia, Michigan, convenient to Ann Arbor and Detroit . Sodexo offers resident dining; catering; and one retail location which includes SimplyToGo, We Proudly Brew Starbucks, a grill and convenience store. Virtual Dining Concepts are planned for the Fall.
Reporting to the DM, this position will oversee the Executive Chef and approximately 20 Sodexo EE's.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and teambuilding skills, knowledge of labor management systems, inventory control management, understanding of HACCP procedures and good understanding of unit financial management. Client and student engagement, along with over-the-top customer service, are the keys to success!
