Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will seek and develop new business opportunities for the organization to drive growth and profitability. The role will support our various account managers and sales channels to identify opportunities, support sales and marketing initiatives. The Business Development Manager will educate and inform customers of Roush services. As Business Development Manager, you will:**

  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives designed to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Qualify producing quality leads.
  • Analyze national and regional sales and marketing data. Support the development of measurement processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with internal groups for business development.
  • Work with development teams to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through qualified sales calls and visits.
  • Maintain and update activity in various programs to ensure effective lead management.
  • Educate and inform new and existing customers of the Roush service capabilities.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities for future pipeline potential.
  • Relay key market feedback to help shape the company's sales strategy.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify market opportunities for growth.

Minimum qualifications to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the business-to-business sales environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to manage corporate relationships with multiple facets.
  • Ability to coordinate services across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage customer experience and drive revenue.
