Description/Job Summary

This position is responsible in areas such as system spec design, system implementation coordination, credit risk assessment, cost analysis and internal audits.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Develop/revise corporate procedures and related system SOPs to standardize business operations and/or reflect business changes.

  • Initiate and/or coordinate system modification/migration/implementation with IT, users and management teams.

  • Train users to ensure full compliance with procedures and regulations.

  • Perform research/benchmark studies and make necessary procedural/system recommendations to improve business processes and company competitiveness/efficiency.

  • Perform internal audits, including collecting data & analyzing, conducting onsite audits and drafting final audit reports to ensure compliance.

  • Monitor and compare monthly production performances, including but not limited to production productivity, quality, efficiency, packaging, downtime, preventive maintenance, cost of shipping, etc. Prepare recommendations with analysis and proposed solutions for decision making.

  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.

  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.

  • Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.

  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity.

  • Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment and business travel.
