DUTIES:-Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems relating to the company’s projects and to clarify management objectives.-Collect and analyze data, and complete business analysis assignments for decision-making support; test business processes and recommend improvements.-Develop and analyze data and interpret information to assist in the management of the projects. - Analyze company sales and performance data, collect industrial performance data, and compare them to the normal distribution curve to generate overall performance reports.-Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and teams to understand the business needs of the company and to minimize project risks; develop plans to address issues with business solutions, and support business projects in a timely manner.-Conduct financial modeling by simulating outcomes and calculating revenue, cost and profitability in order to quantify the economic impact of various scenarios for a project. -Serve as the coordinator between system users and developers to ensure that the system meets the business needs to achieve business operational efficiency; improve existing ERP systems and business functions within a reasonable timeframe.-Provide business-related project documents and perform quality control on the assigned projects with project tools and techniques.-Develop and revise corporate procedures and related SOPs to standardize business operations and to meet regulatory requirements.-Propose project goals and milestones and review the status on a regular time basis.
