AWARE's Registered Behavior Technicians earn $17.75 - $19.70 per hour.Talents, skills, and abilities:Must have the interpersonal, oral and written communications skills to work as a team member, to make observations and to report them accurately, to learn behavioral and clinical, methods, and to follow oral and written instructions and have the ability to facilitate meetings.The RBT must obtain required certification (Registered Behavior Technician) as follows:Complete within 6 months of hireComplete 40 total hours of training;An assessment is then completed no longer than 90 days prior to sending in the application.RBT will be assessed by AWARE's Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) until they reach mastery level in certain areas;Once the 40 hours online training and the assessment (which takes place after the 40 hours) is complete, then the RBT submits the noted RBT Application;Once application is approved, RBT will complete and pass required test;RBT must maintain credential.Benefits:AWARE proudly offers an excellent benefits package, uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, professional growth, and achieving financial security.
