Quality Control Production Specialist

Reports to: VP of Compliance

Location: Liverpool

Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

Non-Exempt: Compensation starts at $42,000 - $47,000 per year, depending on experience.

What is a Quality Control Specialist

Quality Control Production Specialists are key players in ensuring the accuracy of production files before mailing, preventing breaches, and ensuring all files are within compliance.

What you will do

  • You will review live production files after the project release using a quality control checklist.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies identified during the quality control review process.

  • Trace bad mail pieces in production.

  • Escalate potential production breaches immediately.

  • Manage Jira board tracking system to track and prioritize quality control tasks.

  • Collaborate with the compliance team to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each department.

  • Create and maintain training materials.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • A High school diploma or GED is preferred.

  • Deductive reasoning for production error troubleshooting.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in managing digital assets and information.

  • Proficient in navigating various software applications, including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Jira.

  • You will stand, walk, crouch, bend, or kneel; use the repetitive motion of hands or wrists; fingers, grasp, handle or feel; reach with arms and hands.
