Currently interviewing for:Maintenance Technician II

Position Description: Responsible for successfully providing both ground and building maintenance as well as housekeeping duties. Duties include completing work orders and routine tasks and performing preventative maintenance to ensure the community is safe, presentable, and well maintained within Hearth standards.

Education/Training/ Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience related to facilities maintenance preferably in a healthcare setting. Experience with electrical (AC/DC), basic HVAC, intermediate plumbing, carpentry and standardized maintenance procedures. Reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.
