Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site of our customers in an end user support capacity providing exceptional customer service. Our Desktop Support Technician will perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software. Using knowledge in all aspects of computer design, functionality, system operation, and infrastructure. Desktop Technicians will be handling moving equipment between sites, imaging, refreshes, data migrations, etc. Could include some break/fix work. All of the techs will start out with deployment/refresh as that is the best way to get the lay of the land and will transition to departments within the company based on skillset and openings. Please note, you must be comfortable driving company vehicles/cans from site to site so a clean MVR is required. Pay: $18-$21/hour DOE Hours: 9x80 work schedule (every other Friday off) Length: Long term contract opportunity

Job Requirements

Here's what requirements you'll need:

High School Diploma

2 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair

2 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple

2 years of experience with deliveries, terminations and setups

Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer: You are a self starter and able to work independently or with a team's help

Additional Information:

Clean driving record as an MVRmight be ran. Please note, you must be comfortable potentially driving company vehicles/cars from site to site.

Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
