Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Decision-Making: Use coding, analytics, and advanced modeling to understand project success, areas of opportunity, and make informed, strategic business decisions

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, operations, and sales/marketing to align profitability initiatives with overall business goals.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to inform and refine pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Subsidy and Business Planning Analyst, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a data-driven analytics or strategy role

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience building models, forecasts, budget, and dynamic reports with SQL, Tableau, and Excel that provide meaningful direction and insight

  • Proven expertise in financial and data analytics, including the development of complex financial models and data visualization

  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations tailored for a specific audience

  • Excellent project management skills

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
