We support our members on their fitness journeys with Fitness Consultations, Personalized Exercise Programs, Evolt Total Body Scans, MyZone Heartrate monitoring, and an AF Fitness App to provide coaching anytime anywhere for their fitness, nutrition, & recovery.    POSITION SUMMARY As a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach at Littleton, CO, you will play a vital role in helping our members "get to a healthier place." We are seeking a passionate Trainer/Coach who possesses the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise programs for individuals of all backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to inspire positive lifestyle changes and support our members in achieving sustainable, long-term results. Your responsibilities will include fitness consultations, personalized training, and overall club support. We value exceptional customer service skills and expect our staff to provide a personalized experience to everyone they encounter. Additionally, trainers will contribute to the cleanliness of the club, sales and marketing efforts, and proactive outreach to inactive members to ensure their continued engagement.   COMPENSATION * Base hourly rate. * Personal Training $27.50 - $40.00 hourly rate * Direct Deposit on the 7th and 22nd each month. * Eligible for Commissions + Bonuses.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide World-Class Customer Service! * Conduct Fitness Consultations with New & Existing Members, including health history, limitations, goals & timelines. * Conduct Evolt Total Body Scans, and review 40 measurements with members. * Create Personalized Workout Programs for members, and provide proper instruction. * Assist with Gym organization & cleanliness. * Greet & Tour prospective members. * Serve as a role model & brand ambassador by leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle. * Maintain a positive & professional attitude, and support your fellow Personal Trainers.   REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1-Year Experience of 'In-Gym' Personal Training. * Personal Training Certification from any of the following: NASM, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, NESTA, AFAA, NFPT, ZHEALTH * Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required)   ADDITIONAL PERKS * Part-Time or Full-Time - flexible hours. * Complimentary Membership. * Access to a large loyal Member Base. * On-the-Job Training by 20-year and 42-year Industry Veterans.
