We are looking for experienced Electronics Technicians to perform component level troubleshooting and repair on industry leading wireless infrastructure and edge computing technologies. Numerous opportunities exist for technical troubleshooting and repair on wireless Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment such as remote radio heads, Massive MIMO, Integrated radio/antenna, as well as edge computing digital circuits and computing hardware, baseband technologies, etc.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • The Repair Technician will utilize soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment.
  • Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment.
  • Troubleshoots to the component level.

{=html} <!-- --> - Work with Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, interacting closely with engineers and technicians. - Use network analyzers to gather RF data for reports in the support of RRH product development. - Reads and works from schematics. - Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes. - Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels. - Maintain a clean, organized workstation. - Trains and/or assists other Technicians in aspects of repair.

What Will You Need To Be Successful?

  • 3+ yrs experience in Component Level/Bench level Troubleshooting of RF Circuit boards in RAN Equipment.

  • RAN & RF Knowledge.

  • Soldering experience.

  • Ability to use electronic testing tools - Signal generators, spectrum analyzer, etc.

  • Working on Antennas- PCB, component level repair - RAN, RF experience (not cell phone related.)

  • Environment: Repair Production facility, NOT a diagnostic facility!

This is a full-time, 30-90 day contingent opportunity in Flower Mound, TX.

Pay Rate: \$20.50 - \$35.00 per hour.
