Aerotek Production Technician in Little Rock, Arkansas
Job Description
As a Production Technician, you will a cold former that rapidly produces bullet shells for priming. Your responsibilities include maintaining the machine, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with any breakdown maintenance. During periods of downtime, your focus will shift to performing quality inspections, cleaning, and general upkeep of the station.
This role operates in a 2x2x3 night shift schedule from 5pm to 5am, with initial training on the 1st shift for 1-2 months. The compensation is $20.00/hr plus a $1 shift differential. The environment is a standard production setting, which can be hot in summers and cold in winters.
