Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Generalist in Little Rock, Arkansas. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within our dealership team. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for all dealership positions, from developing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.

• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and proactive employee engagement initiatives.

• Implement and administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to support continuous improvement and goal attainment.

• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

• Manage all HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and administering employee benefits programs.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures.

• Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.

• Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

• Organize employee events, team-building activities, and wellness programs to enhance morale and promote a sense of belonging within the dealership community.

• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, facilitate communication, and promote a collaborative work environment. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Skillful in using About Time for project management

• Expertise in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding and experience in Compliance procedures within an HR context

• Excellent skills in Employee Relations management

• Ability to adapt and learn new software and technologies quickly

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Must have a strong ethical and professional standard.
