Adecco US, Inc. EHS Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas

Adecco has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Batesville, AR to recruit and hire an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Directing and overseeing all EHS activities, safety team, and programs in the manufacturing facility.

  • Developing and executing strategic plans for regulatory compliance and enhancing employee engagement.

  • Implementing proactive safety processes to ensure a zero-incident, zero-harm culture.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives for value-added EHS programs.

  • Conducting safety meetings, audits, and reporting EHS data and metrics.

  • Monitoring and adapting programs to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, insurance providers, vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar.

  • 8+ years of EHS experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • 5+ years of leadership in EHS projects and direct reports.

  • Preferred professional certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE, OHST, or ability to obtain within 3 years.
