ABCO Maintenance, a premier Facility Maintenance and Construction company, is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced leader to step into the role of Business Operations Manager and serve as the 2nd in Command to our CEO.

As the Business Operations Manager, you will be the strategic driving force behind critical projects that fuel our business operations. You'll ensure flawless execution from start to finish, bringing precision and innovation to every challenge. Position Requirements
Requirements:
Extensive Experience: 7+ years in project leadership and management
Stable Career History: At least one role of 5+ years at a single company
Ownership and Tenacity: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects
Exceptional Decision-Making: Quick-thinking and decisive under pressure
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational Expertise: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Technical Proficiency: Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
Industry Experience: Background in construction or maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory
Must meet all pre-employment requirements
