Description

We are in search of a CFO to manage all high-level accounting activities in our organization. This role involves overseeing all financial functions, including all aspects of accounting and Human Resources. You will be based in Little Rock and will report directly to the CEO along with serving as a valuable leader within the executive leadership team!

This position boosts a very strong salary of $130,000 - $160,000 DOE along with a phenomenal culture and an extremely tenured team across the company!

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting functions including billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, and revenue recognition

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies, standard procedures, and best practices

• Supervise accounts payable and ensure all accounts are paid within terms

• Process wire payments for foreign vendors and oversee payments and entries made for debts, bank loans, and other large quantities of money

• Monitor cash and funding balances and maintain an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments, and debts

• Prepare and organize financial statements for record and review

• Prepare quarterly/annual financial reports and manage the quarterly/annual budgets and forecasts

• Provide financial analyses and decision-making advice regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, benchmarks, and other matters with management and CFO

• Organize information and statements for both internal and external auditors

• Comply with all statutory requirements pertaining to tax filings and reporting

• Perform additional CFO duties as required.

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar high-level financial management position.

• Must be proficient in using accounting software systems.

• Experience with 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, CRM is required.

• Must exhibit strong knowledge and understanding of accounting functions including auditing, budget processes, capital management, and cash flow analysis.

• Experience with Sage 100 software is a big plus.

• Must possess excellent leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.

• Must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Must hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.

• Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong integrity and professionalism.
