JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Associate Sales Analyst to join our growing coffee company. As an Associate Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales & marketing team by providing critical data insights and analysis that influence our go to market strategies. Your expertise in analyzing sales trends, market dynamics, and retail channels will contribute to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Use tools such as Neilson Discover, 84.51, CRM systems, Excel & PowerPoint to present findings effectively. Reporting: Prepare monthly and ad-hoc sales reports for management and customer meetings. Present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences. Provide recommendations based on research findings. Sales Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess the performance of different sales channels, products, and brands. Identify areas of improvement for sales tactics and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for enhancing sales outcomes. Collaboration: Assist Sr. Category Manager with creating process for monthly deliverables and ongoing customer decks. Provide support to the greater sales teams with ad-hoc requests. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business, statistics, or a related field is preferred. Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel (required) & Power Bi (preferred). Experience in data platforms like NIQ, 84.51, Stackline is desired. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy. Previous experience in sales analysis or market research is a plus. Must be passionate about data & insight and have the desire to learn & grow. Compensation and Location: This position is a remote role with occasional travel needed to our Little Chute, WI or Neenah, WI facilities.
