Position Overview:

N C Machinery is seeking a dynamic Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at our Fife Branch. This pivotal role within our Parts Department involves actively promoting and selling parts, components, and processes to our esteemed VIP Customers. A key aspect of this position is ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication, friendly demeanor, and efficient service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting N C's products and services, processing customer orders promptly, and effectively upselling additional products to enhance the customer experience.
