The Program Manager II is responsible for cultivating the customer experience and business relationships. This individual serves as the primary program point of contact for the customer and manages all contractual issues including any changes within the program.

Position Responsibilities: •  Serve and excel in the following roles; Customer Relations, Program/Project Planning, Problem Resolution and Risk Management, Monitor and Manage program execution, Oversee project profit and loss, and Business Growth •  Seek and identify new opportunities for additional business and revenue streams. •  Take the lead role in proposals for coordination purposes. •  Ensure customer contract and Sechan proposal are in agreement. •  Communicate customer requirements effectively to the rest of the organization. •  Establish the project plan and assign accountability for all major milestones, action items, and customer deliverables. •  Facilitate project schedules and manage schedule risk activities to ensure customer satisfaction. •  Articulate the financial success and/or shortcomings at the project level.  Initiate financial risk mitigation or employ lessons learned to improve long term profitability. •  Recommend and/or lead efforts to improve existing business processes and initiatives. •  Performs other duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives.

Skills & Abilities: •  Strong team player with demonstrated ability to lead people in a team structure. •  Customer centric with strong communication and presentation skills. •  The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. •  General understanding of operations, including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems. •  Commitment to company values. •  Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite and other sequel database products as-required).

Qualifications: •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline. •  7+ years experience in a program management role. •  Knowledge of program management tools and procedures. •  Familiarity government contracting highly preferred. •  Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Work Environment: •  Office Environment:  Requires physical capability to work in an office environment including sit/stand up to 9 hours a day and use basic office tools such as a computer, copier/printer, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •  Hours: 7:00 AM -- 5 PM Monday -- Thursday; Friday 7:00 AM -- 4 PM with additional hours as needed to meet demand. Occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations. •  9/80 work schedule. •  Occasional travel may be required. •  Office located in Lancaster, PA; with occasional visits to Lititz Facility.
