Final Assembler

Job Description

As a Final Assembler, you will meticulously and precisely assemble components into a final product by following detailed work instructions and blueprints. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all parts fit correctly and perform optimally.

Responsibilities

  • Fit cable harnesses, circuit cards, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance.

  • Complete discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging.

  • Utilize correct torqueing tools and apply the correct torque during assembly.

  • Mix, weigh, and apply appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components.

  • Utilize computers to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in assembly, mechanical assembly, and electrical work.

  • Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions, wire diagrams, and standard measurements.

  • Fine manual dexterity.

  • Ability to operate various machines and hand tools.

  • Demonstrates high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player within a small team.

  • Enjoys repetitive and routine work.

Work Environment

This is a very technical role in a clean room type atmosphere, requiring close tolerances with assembly procedures and a high requirement for accuracy and quali
