ARAMARK Catering Driver -The Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois

Job Description

Ginkgo Catering at The Morton Arboretum is looking for responsible catering event drivers to transfer food, beverage, and equipment to and from kitchen and warehouse locations during catering events to needed on-premises venues.

This position is scheduled based on event schedule and could require morning, daytime, and evening shift hours. The catering event driver is the lifeline to our catering service day of the event so must present themselves in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire shift.

Opportunity for overtime during peak season May- December pending event availability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Packing, loading, and unloading company delivery vans and trucks.

  • Delivering food, beverage, and equipment to designated locations.

  • Follow routes and deliver in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining regular communication with direct supervisor and culinary team members.

  • Obtain delivery confirmation from direct supervisor.

  • Occasionally help the culinary team to execute events.

  • Clean and service van for the next delivery

  • Must be able to carry up to 50LBS

Qualifications

Day range:

  • Primarily, Friday to Sunday

Shift:

  • Morning shift

  • Night shift

  • Flexible schedule
