We are looking for a Beauty Advisor with previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, and make-up skills will be highly valued.

What do we expect from you?

  • Ensure that all customer service initiatives are implemented, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely manner.

  • Performance monitoring of the entire point of sale team.

  • Strong customer relation and ensure quality implementation of digital campaigns.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, driving the commercial plan to generate strong sales growth.

  • Tracking and reporting against KPI's, establishing action plans for target achievement.

  • Collaborate in the selection, training, management and motivation of the teams, as well as fostering a proactive attitude and a good working environment.

  • Be an ambassador of the brand image.

  • Train and manage the team to get the best out of each person, developing their skills and competencies in a way that allows them to achieve both their objectives and those of the point of sale.

  • Identify strategic alliances with other businesses and maximize promotional tools.

  • Facility to establish a good communication and relationship with both the team and the brand.

  • Ensuring the correct operation of the point of sale, as well as the application of all regulations.

Qualifications

Experience with Customer Service, preferably with Luxury brands. Make-up skills are highly desired. Great team work and communication is a must.

Languages: English and Portuguese are a must.
