English Speaker General Assistant and administration

In this vital role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support to Amgen. You will provide a helpdesk service to answer and direct general incoming queries to the ACCP and provide an efficient, comprehensive and confidential administrative support service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering general incoming queries.

  • Diary management & General support (calendar management, contract signatures coordination, database maintenance, digital archiving, raising IT tickets).

  • POs , invoices and vendors set up.

  • Travel arrangements and expenses reports.

  • New hires and leavers admin tasks.

  • MS Teams, Share Points and distribution list set up support.

  • Escalating problems or risks when they arise in line with the business requirements.

  • Adapt, support and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

Our ideal candidate has Presentation and Data Compilation skills. He/she is good at following the processes and procedures necessary to succeed, understands how to collaborate and work in a large team and Project Delivery.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree, preferably in business or similar.

  • Fluency English, both written and oral communication.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support and also supporting large teams at different levels.

  • Experience on accounting and management tools (MS Office, Ariba, Excel, SAP, etc)

  • Other European languages proficiency.

  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and oral communication.
