At Winning Consulting, we are currently looking for a IT Learning Management  to join in our team in a project in one of our clients in the Automotive  Industry.

The service to be provided aims to support the learning journey of employees for specific IT applications and systems at our client To achieve this, they expects the following competencies to be available at the service provider:

Main Activities:

• Creation of learning/development programs for employees, from planning to deployment and reporting to management.

• Production of learning materials in English (manuals, presentations, flyers, etc.)

• Adaptation and translation of learning materials – from English to German • Coordination and production of virtual learning events via Microsoft Teams (masterclasses, webinars, Q&A, and individual guidance sessions), including the planning of tasks, resources, dependencies, and tracking of activities.

• Training and support (not technical) of employees to drive the successful adoption of applications and technologies

• Collect feedback and input from employees

• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions

• Collaboration with stakeholders all around the world, to capture methodologies and trends that can be reused

• Answer training requests and manage requester needs for high service satisfaction.

Consultants to be assigned to the service by the provider should have:

• Great PowerPoint presentation design skills

• Native-speaker level command of English and German with excellent presentation, writing and translation skills • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a teaching position

• Knowledge and enthusiasm about Microsoft 365 apps

• Impressive communication and presentation skills

• Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to effectively manage training schedules

• Understanding of and passion for technology

• Ability to translate technology into user benefits with a user-centric approach

• Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team

• Ability to communicate effectively to all IT end-user levels

• Strategic and out-of-the-box thinking

• Curiosity with experimentation and hands-on approach, eager to learn and develop soft skills, easy going and able to relate to and interact with a diverse and global team.

• Team player and proactive, with initiative and the ability to offer new ideas

• Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization, motivate others, and change people's attitudes when necessary
