Early Career program

You will start your career at AIG in the Early Career Program, that offers 2 years comprehensive and accelerated training designed to build the technical knowledge and skills You need to succeed.

This program provides a wide range of approaches, including:

  • Exposure and connection to our senior leaders;

  • Networking with other Early Career graduates around the world.

    Whether you’re a recent university graduate, or someone with less than two years of work experience, the program is designed to evolve with the rapid pace of technological advancements to ensure that today’s participants become leaders capable of conquering tomorrow’s challenges.

    Full-time Claims Analyst

    As a Claims Analyst in the Auto team, you will experience a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job assignments that will quickly develop your professional knowledge. Training sessions will be part of the program. You will learn first hand how to:

  • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle assigned claims, by collecting and analyzing data in accordance with policy application and/or contract conditions.

  • Determine whether to accept or deny a claim based on all documentation received.

  • Analyze and determine insurance coverages, from coverage enquiry through legal liability assessment (where relevant) and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution, as well as interact with professionals at all levels of the organization.

    The technical knowledge and work relationships gained in the Early Career Program truly allows participants to hit the ground running in their claims career.

    What we’re looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Administration or comparable (international degree is an advantage)

  • Initial work experience through internships is an advantage, ideally in the insurance sector

  • Fluent English skills (written & spoken)

  • Outgoing and entrepreneurial personality

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Cross Functional Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Analytical skills and critical thinking
