Position Summary

The Campaign Assignment Specialist will join the CRM Campaign Factory team. This person will be responsible for the assignment and task management of Global Nespresso campaigns to the remaining team members considering defined market allocation and campaign complexity. As part of the role, the Campaign Assignment Specialist will take responsibilities in performing capacity reports, trend analysis and workload management. Focus will be to ensure the campaigns are assigned as per defined SLAs, which may request negotiations on launch dates, delivery in the agreed timeframe, as well as put the right checks to ensure campaign tracking with market SPOCs. Part of the responsibilities, will be to map the demand for upcoming weeks, aligning with leadership and production team.

A day in the life of...

  • Assign campaign requests to Campaign Factory team members, ensuring respect for agreed SLAs and timely execution based on teams' capacity and demand. Simultaneously, upon assignment, the specialist should perform quality control checks against defined Brand Guidelines.

  • This specialist is expected to run a thorough analysis of team's capacity and volume forecasting. Report weekly/month to leadership

  • Analyze briefing and process issues to learn from experience and seek for continuous improvements to gain in quality and time. Responsible to train partners on Campaign Factory briefing
