AON Operations Production Specialist in Lincolnshire, Illinois

Aon is looking for an Operations Production Specialist

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of Aon Business Solutions, in Lincolnshire, IL. As an Operations Production Specialist, you will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The Operations Production Specialist is primarily responsible for the facilitation of daily workflow and specialty processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the in-office printing process to ensure that disbursements are sent out based on documentation:

  • Review documentation to sure that each disbursement was completed correctly

  • Follow instructions on how each disbursement is to be executed

  • Maintain records to ensure that the production for each day is reflected correctly

  • Records will be reviewed for compliance

  • Ability to research using Aon tools such as Broker Desktop, Bridge, and Citrix databases after training

    Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Ensure all requests in My Team’s Open Requests are completed within the service level agreement.

  • Provide timely responses to colleagues for any open issues

  • Follow up on all open items, escalating as necessary

  • Other tasks as assigned. No duties on the team are out-of-scope.

    Required Experience and Expertise:

  • 2+ years of related office experience

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Perform duties based on urgency of task

  • Outstanding listening skills required to effectively proceed with job tasks

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Ability to formulate effective action steps to resolve problems

  • Team player

    Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED - Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $34,000 to $45,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
