Job Title: IT Senior Manager, Demand Forecasting and Planning System

This position offers a dynamic opportunity for an IT professional to contribute to the optimization of demand forecasting and planning processes, leveraging their expertise in leading systems within the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RFP process for a demand forecasting and planning system.

Lead the implementation and ongoing support of demand forecasting and planning systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

  • Utilize expertise in systems such as Anaplan, O9, and Oracle to optimize forecasting and planning processes.

  • Design, develop, and maintain system functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.

  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate efficient system usage.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in demand forecasting technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting demand forecasting and planning systems.

  • Experience with systems such as Anaplan, O9, and Oracle RDF a must.

Experience managing consulting partners and managed service vendors

Experience working in the details of the application, integration and leading a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Business Users and IT partners.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with data integration and system integration principles.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

IT experience 7-10 years and experience with Demand Forecasting and Planning systems 5+ years
