Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Recruiting Coordinator to recruit and bring aboard new manufacturing associate's in support of our rapid growth and expansion. Ideal candidate will run the daily recruiting functions of the Lincoln facility including hiring and interviewing staff, assisting the recruiting department and post jobs and screen talent as needed. This is a very busy, fast paced position requiring flexibility, creativity, and a drive to be successful. Professionalism and an ability to make others feel welcome are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and Develop recruitment goals and objectives

  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and organizational need

  • Manage hourly candidates and interviews

  • Search resume databases for ideal candidates

  • Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers

  • Devise and implement improved recruiting strategies

  • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive

  • Identify key recruiting KPIs

  • Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position

  • Adhere to EEO and AA laws, rules and regulations

  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations

  • Prepare progress reports on a weekly basis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of basic recruiting procedures

Credentials and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or relevant field

  • 2+ years of administrative experience within recruiting manufacturing environment
