- Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components.
- Periodically review, clean, identify, and repair potential issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment and spaces.
- Develop competency in understanding how each HVAC system relates to each building.
- Service, install, repair, and replace refrigeration systems.
- Start, stop, review, and/or change conditions of HVAC equipment or systems using the EMCS (Energy Management Control System).
- Collaborate with internal parties, external vendors, and manufacturers.
- Complete work orders and utilize an electronic time-keeping system daily.
- Train, mentor, and verify the work of others.

Associate's degree in HVAC/R, other related field of study, or equivalent experience
6+ months experience working with refrigeration equipment such as coolers, freezers, and DX HVAC equipment for either a residential and/or light duty commercial systems (education in lieu of work experience considered)
6+ months experience performing general HVAC maintenance and repair or demonstrated equivalent comprehension.
Ability to comprehend and follow complex and technical information.
