  • Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components.
  • Periodically review, clean, identify, and repair potential issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment and spaces.
  • Develop competency in understanding how each HVAC system relates to each building.
  • Service, install, repair, and replace refrigeration systems.
  • Start, stop, review, and/or change conditions of HVAC equipment or systems using the EMCS (Energy Management Control System).
  • Collaborate with internal parties, external vendors, and manufacturers.
  • Complete work orders and utilize an electronic time-keeping system daily.
  • Train, mentor, and verify the work of others.

[What you bring to the position (minimum qualifications):]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}

Associate's degree in HVAC/R, other related field of study, or equivalent experience

6+ months experience working with refrigeration equipment such as coolers, freezers, and DX HVAC equipment for either a residential and/or light duty commercial systems (education in lieu of work experience considered)

6+ months experience performing general HVAC maintenance and repair or demonstrated equivalent comprehension.

Ability to comprehend and follow complex and technical information.
